Highlights of the News

Hello friends wordentertainmen, on this occasion the admin wants to share an article entitled Highlights of the News, we have made good, quality and useful articles for you to read and take information in. hopefully the post content is about Highlights of the News, which we write you can understand. Alright, happy reading.

ITEM 1: Ron Coleman scored another victory for free speech on Friday when a New York state court dismissed a lawsuit against Logan Cook, who satirizes under the name Carpe Donktum.

Cook/Donktum took a PSA video of a black toddler and a white toddler running together and embracing, and flipped it around to where it looked like the black baby was running from the white one.

His purpose was to expose the establishment's sin of fake news. He stated at the end of his doctored video, "AMERICA IS NOT THE PROBLEM . . . FAKE NEWS IS. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT FAKE NEWS DUMPSTER FIRES."

The parents asserted a copyright, which got Carpe Donktum kicked off Twitter. The judge on Friday nixed that claim.

Coleman is a good attorney who won a Supreme Court ruling that an Asian-American rock group can call themselves The Slants. Obama's trademark office denied them a trademark saying the name was racist. Liberals are too woke for words.

The decision.

Coleman's victory tweets.

ITEM 2: The UNZ Review reported, "FBI 'Domestic Terrorism' Unit Is Composed of Reckless Sexual Predators Who Keep Rainbow Dildos In Their Office and Show Up to Work Drunk, Explosive New Lawsuit Alleges."

The plaintiff is "Supervisory Special Agent Karen Veltri against the Department of Justice over allegations of systematic sexual harassment, personal retaliation, and a general culture of reckless depravity during her time serving in the Las Vegas FBI’s counter-terrorism unit."

I will spare readers the details.

But if they want the details, they are here.

ITEM 3: Breitbart reported, "Alaska Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s favorability rating with her own state’s Republicans has plummeted to 6% six percent. Six! Her unfavorable rating with Alaska’s Republicans is a whopping 84%."

Will next year be the year when she finally runs as the Democrat she is?

ITEM 4: The Helsinki Times reported, "Finland's Supreme Court has ruled that a man of Somali heritage who was born and raised in Finland can be deported to Somalia, with the decision stating that the individual in question poses a threat to society due to his criminal convictions.

"The ruling comes at the end of a long appeals process instigated by the individual, who is a male born in 1993. Police had originally proposed deporting the man in 2017, after which the Migri began proceedings to instigate deportation and a three-year ban from entering the Schengen Area. The individual appealed to the Administrative Court and then the Supreme Court, emphasizing that he had no ties to Somalia and does not know anyone in the country, which he has never visited.

"The individual has an extensive criminal record, having been convicted of 11 robberies, aggravated theft, assault, and coercion between 2010 and 2017, serving multiple prison sentences including an 18-month stretch in prison. As a result, the Supreme Court ruled that his continued presence in Finland represented a threat to society and security and gave the green light for deportation proceedings to begin."

He's no longer Finnish.

He's finished.

Can we get Congresswoman Ilhan Omar to visit Finland?

ITEM 5: The Blaze reported, "Portland man knocks out active shooter who fired 29 gunshots, hogties him until police arrive."

That's the headline of the day.

The story said, "Neighbor John Dickson snuck up on the gunman from behind and bashed him with a stick, KATU reported. Dickson wrestled the gun away from Stolarzyk and punched the suspect until he was knocked unconscious."

Old: Good guy with a gun.

New: Good guy with a stick.

ITEM 6: Just the News reported, "President Joe Biden on Friday fired Social Security Commissioner Andrew Saul, a Trump appointee.

"Saul was fired after refusing a request to resign. Saul told The Washington Post Friday that the move to oust him by the Biden administration was not expected. His deputy, David Black, also resigned Friday."

Saul should have resigned as requested.

The next Republican president should fire all political appointees regardless of who appointed them and start his administration over from scratch.

I don't want to clean house. I want to raze it and replace it with something smaller.

ITEM 7: The Washington Examiner reported, "A pair of Democratic congressmen are seen in photos sitting shirtless on camels during a trip to Qatar paid for by a special interest group.

"Photos posted to Instagram on a now-removed account show Reps. Eric Swalwell of California and Ruben Gallego of Arizona, along with their wives, riding camels without masks in March — at a time when the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention urged people to keep face coverings on outside even if vaccinated against COVID-19, according to an Insider report on Friday.

"The photos, posted by Sydney Barron Gallego, then-fiancée to congressman Gallego, appear to have been taken during a trip funded by the U.S.-Qatar Business Council in which the trade group spent more than $84,000 and involved at least three other lawmakers, data from LegiStorm show."

Fang Fang, Swalwell's Chinese mistress and minder apparently did not accompany him.

He's Qatar-zan.

ITEM 8: Breitbart reported, "Toyota, the car manufacturer, caved on Thursday as the company announced they would stop sending campaign contributions to Republicans who objected to the electoral college certification in January."

The next Republican president should openly mock and then ignore the Chamber of Commerce and all the woke corporations.

ITEM 9: National Review reported, "During an appearance on CNN on Friday, former Obama-era Office of Government Ethics chief Walter Shaub called the White House’s arrangement allowing Hunter Biden to sell his art 'the perfect mechanism for funneling bribes' to the president.

"Shaub’s statement comes amid the development that the White House crafted a deal under which the price tags of Hunter Biden’s artwork sales, some listing as high as $500,000, will be obscured from the artist to prevent ethical violations."

Everyone in Washington knows and has known that Biden and Obama were crooks.

They aided and abetted in 3 national wins for these crooks because most people in Washington would do the same if they had the chance.

Nothing will be done.

ITEM 10: Annabelle Olivier of Global News reported, "McGill University removes contentious statue of founder James McGill from downtown campus."

Vandals attacked it last weekend.

The university's president surrendered him.

It is just as well. What they call a university today is mainly a communist indoctrination center.

ITEM 11: The Post Millennial reported, "King County Chief Equity and Inclusion officer Anita Whitfield sent out an email to county employees outlining pro-equity actions that need to be implemented with a sense of urgency to address racism, which the county declared a "public health crisis" last June.

"'As you know, the events of 2020 [including the COVID-19 pandemic and the social awakening sparked by the murder of George Floyd] led King County to declare that Racism is a Public Health Crisis,' Whitfield said.

"'We must move with urgency to address this public health crisis. Our efforts must be stronger than the systems that keep organizational, institutional, and societal racism [and other 'isms'] in place.'

"Despite being one of the most progressive county's in the nation, Whitfield placed a strong emphasis on King County's dire need to address the alleged crisis that's preventing marginalized people from prospering."

Here is an idea: Fund the police so they protect marginalized people from criminal predators.

It is not the number of black men in prison that is the problem. It is the number of black men in the cemeteries.

ITEM 12: Zero Hedge reported, "Reuters says U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies are investigating James Solages, 35, and Joseph Vincent, 55. Both are from South Florida and were arrested by the Haitian National Police Thursday in connection with the president's slaying.

"Two law enforcement sources, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Reuters an active investigation is open on Solages and Vincent, and their roles in the killing. The sources said U.S. agencies have yet to assist Haitian police because officials have not requested help.

"But in a new update via CNN, it appears the U.S. is sending officials to Haiti at the request of the Caribbean government."

Why do I get the feeling the Clintons and their fake foundation are entangled in this mess?

Maybe it wasn't an assassination.

Maybe it was Arkancide.

ITEM 13: The Wall Street Journal reported, "Recent film program graduates of Columbia University who took out federal student loans had a median debt of $181,000.

"Yet two years after earning their master’s degrees, half of the borrowers were making less than $30,000 a year.

"The Columbia program offers the most extreme example of how elite universities in recent years have awarded thousands of master’s degrees that don’t provide graduates enough early career earnings to begin paying down their federal student loans, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of Education Department data.

"Recent Columbia film alumni had the highest debt compared with earnings among graduates of any major university master’s program in the U.S., the Journal found. The New York City university is among the world’s most prestigious schools, and its $11.3 billion endowment ranks it the nation’s eighth wealthiest private school."

Student loans are a multi-trillion dollar gift to the university industry.

End federal loan guarantees.

Make the universities guarantee them out of their untaxed endowment funds.

FINALLY, Facebook emailed me: "Hi Don,

"One of your Facebook friends reported Don Surber for pretending to be you. We take these requests seriously, so we'll review the profile and remove it if it goes against our Community Standards. We'll let you know when a decision has been made.

"Thanks,

"The Facebook Team,"

Sheesh.
