ITEM 1: Vice tattletaled, "Students Wore ‘White Lives Matter’ Shirts. Their School Won’t Talk About It."
Under the Tinker decision in the 1960s, students have a right to express their political thoughts on their clothing. If it is racist to say White Lives Matter, then it is racist to say Black Lives Matter.
ITEM 2: The New York Times, which I do not link, claimed, "The Supreme Court cleared the way on Tuesday for a pipeline to transport natural gas from Pennsylvania to New Jersey, ruling that PennEast Pipeline Company, the project’s developer, may exercise the federal government’s power of eminent domain to condemn land owned by New Jersey.
"The vote was 5 to 4. Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., writing for the majority, said the government was entitled to delegate its power of eminent domain to private parties even where state property is at issue."
This is good news, if true.
Remember, NYT has less credibility than North Korea's news agency.
ITEM 3: Disney's ABC propagandized, "Gun deaths rising in Iowa as new law removes handgun permits."
Not mentioned was the escalating shootings in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and other gun control cities.
Most of the gun deaths are suicides, which rose under quarantine.
ITEM 4: National Review reported, "Senator Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.) said Tuesday that he supports moving forward with a Democrat-backed infrastructure bill to be passed without GOP support via budget reconciliation rules.
"In addition to a bipartisan infrastructure bill, the Biden administration is attempting to pass additional legislation that would expand health care, care for seniors and children, and include measures to combat climate change. Manchin said he assumed from day one that Democrats would need to pass such legislation via budget reconciliation rules, which allow the Senate to approve bills by a simple majority instead of the filibuster-proof 60 vote threshold."
It's the Pork Barrel Polka.
Every time I praise Manchin, he never fails to disappoint me.
ITEM 5: Homely Jill Biden made the cover of Vogue.
I guess that is DOCTOR Homely Jill Biden.
ITEM 6: CBS reported, "A poll was released by the SF Chamber of Commerce and based on feedback from more than 500 San Francisco residents who are registered to vote."
And the survey said, "more than 40% plan to move out of the city in the next few years."
And, "80% of residents say crime has worsened in recent years, 70% feel that quality of life has declined, and 88% say homelessness has worsened.
"76% also believe that increasing the number of police officers in high crime neighborhoods should be a high priority."
Dear Lord, I hope these people stay out of West Virginia. They took a city that was the crown jewel of the West Coast and turned it into a crime-ridden dung heap.
We have enough problems without the poop-in-the-street crowd moving in.
ITEM 7: Hamas-Shielding AP reported, "The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the government can indefinitely detain certain immigrants who say they will face persecution or torture if they are deported to their native countries.
"Over the dissent of three liberal justices, the court held 6-3 that the immigrants are not entitled to a hearing about whether they should be released while the government evaluates their claims.
"Justice Samuel Alito wrote for the court that 'those aliens are not entitled to a bond hearing.'
"The case involves people who had been previously deported and, when detained after re-entering the United States illegally, claimed that they would be persecuted or tortured if sent back. One man is a citizen of El Salvador who said he was immediately threatened by a gang after being deported from the U.S."
Wow. For a brief moment, common sense prevailed.
ITEM 8: Page Six reported, "While Britney Spears can count on ex-husband Kevin Federline for support as she seeks to end her controversial conservatorship, he has concerns regarding the idea of her regaining full control of her life 'without any expert evaluation,' according to his attorney."
What? A NYT documentary is not an expert evaluation?
K-Fed's lawyer said, "I’ve seen it reported that Britney wants [the conservatorship] terminated without any expert evaluation. One thing that I can imagine will engender a further dialogue should it be terminated is that I know she had revealed in the statement she made that she had been put on lithium, and I think, as you can imagine, lithium is regarded as a very powerful psychotropic medication."
I get that he is her ex. But I also get that when their boys were infants she had a bipolar episode that sent her to a trip to the hospital on an involuntary admission. Releasing her from a conservatorship affects those boys.
ITEM 9: New Tang Dynasty TV reported, "542% Increase in Convicted Sex Offenders Arrested at Border."
The story said, "Border Patrol agents have arrested 353 illegal aliens with sex-related criminal convictions so far this fiscal year. A large number of the detainees had prior convictions for crimes involving a minor.
"In all of fiscal 2020, agents apprehended 156 criminal sex offenders, and 58 total in fiscal 2019.
"The number of criminals illegally crossing the southwest border has spiked in tandem with the border crossing surge this year. Convicted criminals are the most likely population of illegal aliens trying to avoid capture by Border Patrol.
"Border Patrol has detected more than 250,000 illegal aliens who have evaded capture so far this year, according to the newly-appointed Acting Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz on June 24. It’s impossible to estimate how many have evaded Border Patrol without detection."
A niche Chinese-centric seven-station TV network in America is doing the job the big media refuses to do.
ITEM 10: The Epoch Times reported, "The Supreme Court is poised to issue a major ruling that could impact the practice of ballot harvesting across the United States.
"The court’s justices are set to hand down their last opinions of their current session on Thursday, perhaps including on a voting rights case that calls into question Arizona’s law that bans ballot harvesting—or the practice of collecting ballots for delivery. Also under consideration is the state’s law that mandates the dismissal of ballots that were cast in the wrong voting district.
"After the Democratic National Committee filed a lawsuit against the laws, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the Democrats and overturned them. Later, Arizona state Attorney General Mark Brnovich, a Republican, appealed that decision to the Supreme Court.
"The GOP-controlled Arizona Legislature passed a ballot harvesting bill in 2016 that made the practice—typically carried out by Democratic-aligned groups—of going door-to-door asking people to take their ballots to a local polling place unlawful. The law makes exceptions for family members, caregivers, and people living in the same household. Republicans have said this would eliminate fraud and other irregularities.
"In a divided ruling, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals majority argued that the law was a bid to suppress minority voters."
States have the right and duty to run elections, not judges.
We shall see if a court that refused to stop Pennsylvania Democrats from ignoring election laws in the 2020 election will side with Democrats again.
ITEM 11: The Wall Street Journal reported, "A divided Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to lift a national moratorium on the eviction of tenants who have fallen behind on their rent during the Covid-19 pandemic.
"The court rejected an emergency request by landlords and real-estate companies to clear the way for evictions after a federal judge in Washington ruled last month that the moratorium was legally unsupportable. The judge who issued that ruling stayed the effect of the decision, while litigation continues.
"The moratorium has protected millions of tenants but created financial hardships for landlords. Last week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention extended it for one final month through July. The moratorium had previously been set to expire Wednesday.
"The issue split the high court on a 5-4 vote, with Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh joining with the court’s three liberal justices to leave the moratorium in place. The court’s action came in a brief order. As is typical in emergency appeals, the court didn’t explain its reasoning."
Cowards.
The CDC has no authority to do this.
None.
But 5 justices apparently never had to work for a living, and so they allow squatters to stay in apartments rent-free.
Could we not at least make the CDC pay the rent for the landlords?
ITEM 12: Becker News reported, "The National Pulse has uncovered a trail of investments that tie President Biden’s son Hunter Biden to EcoHealth Alliance, a charity that funneled millions in dollars to the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The firm led by Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP), was part of a ‘consortium’ of viral pandemic tracking companies through its investments in Metabiota.
"As reported by the National Pulse’s Natalie Winters, RSTP listed Hunter Biden as Managing Director. RSTP invested in Metabiota, as archived documents show. Metabiota was part of a pandemic-tracking consortium that included EcoHealth Alliance, run by the recently discredited Dr. Peter Daszak, who is an ally of NIAID’s Dr. Anthony Fauci."
Hunter will do anything for coke, won't he?
He facilitated the financing of a bioweapons lab that unleashed a virus that attacked the USA.
Is there any evil the man will not do?
ITEM 13: The New York Post reported, "The second quarter of 2021 saw viewers ditch CNN and MSNBC in droves as experts wonder if the liberal networks can ever recover from a serious credibility problem they created by relying on former President Donald Trump for success while ignoring internal gaffes and scandals."
The story also said, "MSNBC averaged only 847,000 viewers during the second quarter and CNN settled for a dismal 654,000. By comparison, Fox News averaged 1.2 million during the same time period to finish No. 1 in all of basic cable."
Meanwhile, traffic for Citizen Free Press continues to grow exponentially.
"Trump's gone" is an idiot's excuse.
Journalism is not that hard. Just do your homework and tell the truth.
ITEM 14: Ace reported, "Kevin Clinesmith, the Corrupt FBI Lawyer Who Forged Documents to Frame an Innocent Man, May Get His Law License Back on July 19."
Rudy Giuliani, who broke up the Five Families Mafia in the 1980s, lost his law license without a hearing.
They also lifted Roy Cohn's license as a payback for prosecuting Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, who were hanged as spies for Josef Stalin. (See note at bottom.)
The left loves criminals and communists -- and hates patriots.
ITEM 15: NBC reported, "U.S. forces in Syria were attacked by rockets a day after the U.S. military carried out what a Pentagon official called defensive airstrikes in Iraq and Syria against Iran-backed militia groups.
"Col. Wayne Marotto, the military spokesman for Operation Inherent Resolve, an international coalition fighting the Islamic State extremist group, said that at around 7:44 p.m. local time Monday (12:44 p.m. ET) U.S. forces in Syria came under rocket fire. There were no injuries and the damage was being assessed, he said on Twitter."
We blow up their warehouse in the desert. They throw rockets at us. And no one is talking about General Milley's anti-white rant against White Rage.
The Global War On Terrorism has been very, very good for U.S. generals, defense suppliers, and militants.
But it has not been so good for American soldiers and our treasury,
In 20 years we went from a national debt of under $6 trillion to a national debt of more than $28 trillion.
ITEM 16: Forbes reported, "Four people were arrested in New York City on Sunday after police clashed with crowds during Pride celebrations, marking the first year since organizers banned the force from participating in the event."
The annual event celebrates the 1969 Stonewall Riots by gay men.
52 years later, I suppose we should rename it the Stonewall Mostly Peaceful Protests.
ITEM 17: Western Journal reported, "Toyota Takes Bold Stand, Defends Donations to GOP Lawmakers Who Voted Against Election Certification."
The next Republican president should make the presidential limo a Toyota. Most of them are made in America anyway.
ITEM 18: Breitbart reported, "Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid officially inaugurated Israel’s embassy in the UAE on Tuesday, thanking former president Donald Trump as well as former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu for bringing the two countries to this historic moment."
Blessed are the peacemakers.
ITEM 19: NBC reported, "DeAnna Price only needed one good throw to make her second Olympic team, but Price – the 2019 hammer throw world champion – went above and beyond at U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials on Saturday afternoon.
"Of Price’s six attempts in the women’s hammer final, five would have been good enough for first place. (The outlier – her fourth throw – was a foul.)
"On her first throw of the final, she improved her own Olympic Trials record (77.82 meters).
"She broke her own American record on her third attempt (79.98 meters), and then broke it again on her fifth throw (80.31).
"With that mark, she became the second woman to ever throw over 80 meters."
You did not hear about Price.
You heard about the third-place finisher who disrespected the national anthem.
ITEM 20: Zero Hedge reported, "New York City Mayor's Race Plunges Into Chaos As 130,000 'Test-Run' Votes Lead To Unprecedented Discrepancy."
They needed 130,000 test-run votes?
In addition to learning to ballot harvest, Republicans must learn to test run.
FINALLY, after reading reader reaction, I have decided to not worry about spam comments so much and enjoy life. The time I spend policing spam comments is time I could be napping.
UPDATE: The spies were electrocuted, not hanged.
