＊Went to have Noodle with Matutake Mushroom＊
Pine-mushrooms "Tricholoma matsutake" we call just *matutake * grow under the red pine-tree and really costly to buy. In Japan, we especially enjoy the enchanting aroma as well as the taste. I heard that TV broadcasted about this special mushroom recently, so unfortunately there were NO stock for us to buy, all were sold out p-;) But we could enjoy the Noodle with this mushroom at the restaurant below.

And at the restaurant we visited, Lovely Goat was welcomed us;
My husband ordered "Soba noodle"
I ordered *Udon* Noodle;
It can be cooked in various dishes like flavored rice, simple soup and so on, but grilled matsutake mushroom is the best way to enjoy the aroma.
